About Purr City

Hi, I’m Rochelle, the owner and Director of Feline Affairs! I love cats. I’m a cat person. I had my own sweet, yellow tabby for 15 years in addition to caring for others’ cats (and dogs) to support an entertainment career.

In December 2021, I began pet sitting professionally. That’s when I realized that cat owners didn’t want just any pet sitter. They wanted cat people. So, I launched my own business focusing solely on cats. In January of 2025, I formed an LLC and registered the name Purr City with the state of California. We are fully insured and bonded, currently serving parts of Hollywood and West Hollywood, and are growing!
