In 2020 I had a growing career as an actor and a day job as an executive assistant. When the world suddenly changed, so did my direction in life. Penny made her journey across the rainbow bridge, and I started pet sitting to fill the hole in my heart. I saw Penny in every cat I met, and I cared for them the same way I would have cared for her.

When cat parents saw “cat experience” on my pet sitter profile, they were relieved. They were glad I was more than just a general pet sitter. It was eye-opening but made perfect sense: cats are very different from dogs, and they need someone who understands them. They’re the reason I launched Purr City.

Today, Purr City is an insured and bonded LLC in Hollywood and West Hollywood offering in-home visits exclusively to cats.

Purr City’s mission is simple: to make your cats happy and give you peace of mind while you’re away.

Because of my background as an actor and executive assistant, I’m good at connecting with people and anticipating needs. I work especially well with busy professionals who need support handling the details. If something comes up—food running low, a heat advisory, wildfire smoke, or anything else—I’m often thinking one step ahead. And if I’m ever unavailable, I’m growing a team of trusted sitters ready to step in so you’re always covered.
